Simply put, a 3-2-1 Buy-Down Incentive allows buyers to get the lowest rate and monthly payment option today. It’s a set schedule of payments that increases once after each 12 month period for the first 3 years. Buyers must qualify at the current market mortgage rate with our Preferred Lender, Nate Byram of Guaranteed Rate Mortgage, then the buy-downs are applied to that rate.

Core Homes and the lender bear the cost of the buy-down – you enjoy the 3 years of savings! This select group of homes won’t last with these rates.
