At Core Homes, we believe that luxury and comfort shouldn’t be reserved for the few — everyone deserves a place to call home and a reason to hope. That’s why we’re proud to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital through the annual St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway.
Since 2023, we’ve had the honor of building the Chattanooga Dream Home each year, including the upcoming 2025 Dream Home. This incredible project raises funds through the sale of $100 tickets, giving participants a chance to win a beautiful, brand-new home — while helping fund life-saving research and treatment for children battling cancer.
These homes, valued between $300,000 and $700,000, are made possible thanks to the generosity of local trade partners who donate land, labor, and materials. It's a community-driven mission we’re humbled to be part of.
We also support other St. Jude events, including the Depot Dash 5K and Fun Run, helping bring even more visibility and support to this meaningful cause.
