2024 St Jude Dream Home Giveaway
As a new home builder in Chattanooga TN, we’re proud to be partnering on the 2024 St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway. The giveaway is a fantastic opportunity to win a brand new home while supporting the life-saving mission of St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
The St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway is a community service project that everyone can get behind and support. The program involves selling a limited number of $100 tickets to win a brand new, single-family home. In total, there will be more than 46 home giveaways across the country. Our 2024 Dream Home is being built at 1771 River Breeze Drive, in Soddy Daisy, TN, in the River Breeze Community. The homes are built largely with generous donations of land, labor and materials, and as the builder, we’re proud to be donating time and materials to bring the Tennessee home to life.
When you purchase one of the $100 tickets, you’re helping to ensure families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food. This lets the family focus on the most important things — helping their child live. The tickets for the home go on sale on March 18, 2024, and the home will be open for tours in May. You can reserve 50 tickets at a time online or by phone, but otherwise there is no limit.
When you purchase a ticket, you’re not just in the drawing for the home; you’re eligible for other milestone prizes. The earlier you buy your ticket, the more prizes you’re eligible for. Remember, even if you win one of the other prizes, you’re still eligible to win the home. Best of all, all of the proceeds go directly to St. Jude and its mission: Finding cures. Saving children.® Whether it’s cancer or any other life-threatening illness, St. Jude is working to give children a second chance and to ease the burdens on their families.
